Maher Panel Slams ABC's 9/11 Movies Inaccuracies

Bill Maher along with his panel of guests agreed that ABC should correct details in an upcoming movie about 9/11 or ABC should promise not to air the movie. Those that have seen previews of ABC's "Path to 9/11" docudrama report that President Bill Clinton along with former members of his cabinet were sidetracked by the Monica Lewinski scandal and fumbled attempts to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden..

ABC's version of events does not agree with the 9/11 Commission Report and the memories of officials who actually experienced the history that ABC's movie incorrectly portrays.

"It's worse than you think," said panelist Joan Walsh, editor of Salon.com, who had seen a review copy of the docudrama.
