CNN figure Jack Cafferty, during April 4, 2006 edition of The Situation Room, says that the resignation of DeLay, former House Majority Leader is welcome. He says that while he was formerly a House power broker able to deliver votes, he is now a disgraced man and Cafferty compares him to a "cocky little bandy rooster".
