Estate tax payment to Minnesota by the estate of James Binger, former chairman of Honeywell and onetime part-owner of the Vikings, which state tax officials say is the largest estate tax payment they can recall and amounts to one-seventh of the state’s entire projected 2006-07 budget surplus:
$112 million
