O'Reilly debates General Wesley Clark regarding the recent allegations that marines in Iraq slaughtered innocent civilians. O'Reilly chalks the alleged incidents up to stress, and attacks Congressman Murtha for "indicting" the military on national television.

Rep. Jack Murtha did indict the Marines as murderers and accused the military of covering up the incident no national television without so much as a shred of evidence. No matter what you call it it is appalling and irresponsible for anyone to make such a claim on national tv. Clark cannot condone the action because their is no excuse for it. We have a laws in this country that says the Marines arte innocent until proven guilty, that means Murtha would be open to civil lawsuits of defamation of character.
