President Bush's approval ratings have sunk to a personal low, with only a third of Americans saying they approve of the way he is handling his job, a national poll released Monday said.

Very nice blog. The 32% are the ones who don't watch the news or own a computer.
I suspect that the recent downward swing has to do with gas prices. Even someone who is in complete denial about Iraq, Katrina, Global warming and the other disasters of the Bush administration is still suddenly having to pay $3 a gallon just like the rest of us. And if you drive an SUV with a 40 gallon tank (like a lot of them do), you're going to notice the price of a fill up.
