In South Dakota, Rounds' Approval Plummets

From Taegan Goodard's Political Wire - South Dakota Gov. Mike Rounds’ (R) job approval dropped to 58% from 72% last month, after he signed a bill outlawing most abortions in the state, according to a new SurveyUSA poll.
