Officials tell ABC News the alleged spy worked undetected at the White House for almost three years. - A suicide car bomber drove at a mosque south of Baghdad on Wednesday as Shi'ites were marking the start of the holy month of Ramadan and brought part of the structure crashing down, killing at least 25, police said. The death toll could rise as a roof had caved in and people were being dug out of the rubble in the darkness, they said. At least 87 people were wounded in the blast at Hilla, 100 km (60 miles) south of the capital.
- Legislation has been introduced in the Indiana legislature that would prohibit gays, lesbians and single people in Indiana from using medical science to assist them in having a child. The bill would bar any doctor from assisting in a pregnancy through intrauterine insemination, donation of an egg, donation of an embryo, in vitro fertilization and transfer of an embryo, and sperm injection without making a number of "determinations" about the "suitability of the candidate.
